Ah, the heart of our offering—Carasatu Bread. In Sardinia, it’s a staple, an unmissable delight. Our secret lies in the natural rise of our dough, patiently resting on the cotton cloth, "SA TIAZZA," for that second rise. It's this phase that defines our uniqueness, where human touch shapes each pastry, ensuring our high standards are met.


As the pastry grows during baking, it forms a giant ball, deflated and rolled out to obtain two soft sheets—su pane lentu—ushering in the process of carasatura or biscuit baking. Thus, the name of our beloved Sardinian specialty—CARASATU BREAD.


Our repertoire boasts not just the classic Carasatu but also the Carasatu Guttiau, enhanced with oil and salt, the wholesome Wholemeal Carasatu, and the bold SPICY Carasatu Guttiau. Six spices—Vegetable Charcoal, Myrtle, Garlic, Onion, Rosemary, and Oregano—unite tradition and modernity, a testament to our dedication to satiating even the most discerning palates.
